    ADMISSION GUIDELINES FOR THE ACADEMIC SESSION 2025-26

    Admission Procedure:

    Application: You may download application from our website / take it from school office
    Application Submission: The application form duly filled along with all the documents shall be submitted at the school
    reception. Please note that the filled application form received by the school office does not guarantee admission .
    Interaction/Assessment: An interaction or assessment session may be scheduled to understand the Academic readiness and
    Social development of the child.
    For admission to Junior KG to Grade I, the minimum age criterion is as follows as on 31st March, 2025 of the academic year.

    Documents Required at the Time of Admission:

    1. Birth Certificate
    2. Aadhar Card (Updated)
    3. Samagra ID (Only for M.P. Domicile)
    4. Vaccination Card (For all students till the age of 15)
    5. Original Transfer Certificate (Grade 2 Onwards)
    6. Report Card of previous class passed
    7. Caste Certificate (If Applicable)
    8. Aadhar Card of Parents for Address Proof
    9. Passport Photos (Original) 3 Copies Each

    (The student seeking admission in class KG to VII  is required to produce the relevant documents / certificates at the time of admission.) The admission is class KG and above is subject to availability of any vacant seat against withdrawal.

    Document Submission: candidates need to visit the school with original documents for verification before admission is finalized.

    Withdrawals :

    • One-month notice must be given in writing to the school or one month fee will be charged in lieu of the notice period, in case of withdrawal.
    • Transfer Certificate as well as Progress Report will be issued to the student only when  all dues are cleared.(for withdrawals cases)
